Description

This was possibly the stupidest job Shadow could ever get. Working with the government. The one source everyone hates. He sighed and went inside, to get worked through and yelled at.

~later~

"Finally, my day is done!" Shadow said to himself. His work hours were from 2 am-11:00pm. 21 hours of work. He took a glance at the lab room and saw them working on something. He ignored it, and decided to go home.

Shadow's house was an hour away, so he could only get one hour of sleep. Why were Mondays so bad? When he got home, he decided to not go to sleep. Instead, he read about a planet called Mobius. As he read on, he learned that some that came to Earth, were turned into... robots. Then he saw something fall out the book. A piece of a newspaper from Mobius.

Hero of Mobius, Sonic the Hedgehog has gone
To Earth to ask for peace.
Un fortanatly he has not returned.

Shadow was writing this stuff down. Sonic the Hedgehog, Not returned, Mobians turned to Robots. Shadow thought for a second. Robots. He was still confused. He shook his head. This was just pain weird. Then, the bell on his phone rang. It's time for work.

~after work hours~

Shadow stayed behind, just to see what the Labotorists, were doing. Or making. Luckily, Shadow got a promotion, so he can go around 4:00. He was a soldier now. He crept into the lab. Then, he saw a giant test tube, with something. It was a really light blue, and seemed to be in a hedgehog shape. And it was a robot. Shadow walked up to him. He saw him slowly turn on. Shadow saw a button beside him, and pushed it. The capsule tube slowly opend. Shadow slowly reached out his hand. Just to see if he was friendly. The robot did the same, unti he saw the badge on Shadow's coat. He retracted his hand. "Ah! Y-You're one of them!": The robot flew in different direction. "Wait, stop! I'm friendly! " Shadow yelled. The robot stopped and flew down in front of Shadow. "I won't hurt you.." Shadow said. The robot, trusted him, for now. "My names Shadow." Shadow said, holding out his hand. "S.O.N.I.C" The robot said, holding out his hand, like Shadow did. "So Sonic, right?"

"I guess so."

"Yeah, cool. We need to work on social skills." Shadow put his hand down, as did Sonic. "Hey, wanna come to my house?" Shadow asked, as they walked through the halls.

"S-Sure." Sonic replied.

"They shouldn't find you... there at least."
