Ah yes. I was to make a representation of my most-played character. Rena Lucia can control water and light, thus the light and dark hues of blue. Rena (Latin) means Reborn and Lucia (Latin) means light.

This eye represents the concept of the character, primarily her powers set. The combination of water and light. The fin drawn under the eye represents her main affinity as well as her species, being a mer-creature. The little flowerish insignia shows that the character is an asthete person. She loves all things beautiful. Different hues are used to show that the character shifts from a good to evil nature, that is not to say that these shifts are extreme. It's mainly to say that these shifts are frequent, but not overpowering, so as not to create multiple (main) personalities.
