Description
This is a manipulation of a human eye. Lots of blur and paint brushes used. And I also practiced using the dodge tool.

I like what you did with it, making it lighter around the edges and adding the little droplets on the eye lashes makes it look like it's the eye of a queen with jewels or something

I'm glad you like it. Although in my head I wasn't making a queen, it makes sense, what you're saying that is, I was just going for a mystifying effect. And yea if she were a queen, she'd be an ice queen or a water queen.
