Description So, I've been planning on dressing as the Phantom of the Opera since last Halloween. How convenient that I should get suddenly re-obsessed with it around this time. :3

So here's Morgan Meowth all decked out for Hallow's Eve. She takes her costume very seriously. She'll be in character all night. And she'll probably dress Chatot like Christine. XD
