I think it only took a couple of days to finish, the jacket definitely took the longest.

As for commissions, I'm not sure. This was supposed to be a one-of-a-kind present for my friend. I might be able to do a different version, but i'd need to think about it (honestly i'm not even sure how to go about doing a commission, I never really expected anyone to ask lol)

I understand. I would want your friend to be okay with someone else having such a special thing, even if it were a little different. I guess I just jumped on the proposal! Think about it as much as you need to, though. No pressure at all. If you decide you're up for it, I can help you with doing the commission (how I pay you, etc).
