Still working on him. but so far, force sensitive but refuses to be trained, stubborn, sometimes seems to think he's a cathar, has a sister who is a trooper, adoptive father (oc npc) is a cathar, loves his family, walking techbane extraordinar.

Yes, his sister is a pureblood sith also. He and his sister got. . . "liberated" from a sith war camp his dad helped destroy when they were only a few months old.

She's force sensitive as well and has been trained some but decided to follow her adoptive father and become a trooper. I imagan that as a kid Dal tried to be as much like a cathar as he could. And probably confuses people when he starts yelling in Catharese when startled. If his bio family ever finds him he will probably refuses to speak in any language except it while around them.

Nether of them have seen their bio family sense they were a month old. But for some reason I imagine that Dal is more likely to bump into them. Because of how young he was Dal doesn't remember his bio family but he grew up with the soldiers stories about Sith and wants nothing to do with any of them. Nikilin (the sister) has no desire to meet them ether but is less likely to spite them by only speaking what most sith would see as "a filthy alien language". Dal on the other hand would do it out of spite at first then continue partly because it would amuse him to watch their faces when he does.
At the moment I think they have family in the Empire, probably a father and at least one older full sibling, maybe some half siblings. There father thinks his twins are dead and if he ever learned other wise he would try to find them and turn them into proper sith. Speaking of which, i need Sith names for them, Nikilin can keep her's i think but Dal is a Cathar name and I figure that Goldeye is their adoptive fathers last name. Any ideas?
And i love "talking" so the questions are great.

Dal being more fully integrated into his new family and life like that makes him seem kinda adorable to me for some reason XD It's certainly easy to see why he wouldn't have a great opinion of the sith in general. And it would be pretty entertaining to see him speaking in the Cathar language only to them, he should take pictures of their expressions!
Makes sense that their father would want them back if he knew. I guess he might consider it wasting their potential to not be actively teaching them to use their force powers fully? And of course there's the way sith are so proud of their bloodlines and such.
Hmm I couldn't really give advice on sith names, as pretty much 98% of my character names are just made up on the spot according to what I think sounds the best. So lore tends to go out the window when I name characters XD
From what you've said though it does seem to fit in well with Dal's strong attachment to his new life that he'd picked Dal as his new name to go with it when he was old enough. Or perhaps his sith name wasn't ever known and that's why he got a new name? If they were that young when they were taken then I don't imagine they would know, meaning it must have been written/inscribed/recorded on something?
That's good! It's always fun to learn about interesting characters <3
