(EDIT: Hey guys, thanks for the help with a name for her!! I finally decided on Kyt, thanks to my friend ~zerokaiser .)Yay!! I love Invader Zim!!
Too bad it was canceled.
So here's my Zim fancharacter. Ain't she cute?
The style isn't totally in line with the cartoon, but I can fix that later.
I drew this really quick yesterday at school. I need to design a SIR unit for her too.
Anyway, I hope you guys like it!!
EDIT: CRAP! I for got her little alien backpack. I'll put it on next time I draw her.

...man.. I LOVE Invader Zim.. I've been working round to re-watching it all after recently re-reading Squee and Johnny The Homicidal Maniac (two of Jhohen Vasquez' comic books) ..the mans a genius
I like this piece, sure the art style is a tiny bit off.. but it's still very cute.. almost deceptively so >

If you have a lot of room on your computer there (or are allowed) I have links to download the entire series if you want me to send it to you? They're in .MKV format but I believe the current Windows Media Player supports it, failing that theres a free program called VLC Media Player that works with them (I can vouch for it, as I use it instead of Media Player).. gimmie a shout if you want the links

I just saw the begining of an episode and he had pulled it off and was tinkering with it.
It's probably "Parent Teacher Night" when Zim has to figure out how to get through the Parent school visit, even though he doesn't have parents.

I think my favourite is probably 'Dark Harvest' or 'Walk of Doom'.. I've seen them both a hundred times and they STILL make me laugh

I Like the first episode most so far. It's been years since seeing most of the series.
But I like the one where Zim gets inside of Dib and his sister thinks it's a video game an saves him.

Do you have a Toys R Us near you?.. They have some exclusive Sonic action figures.. just Sonic Tails and Knuckles that I know of admittedly. I doubt they'd ever see a release here in the UK (as my local TrU is dreadful) but I'd certainly pick them up if I saw them!

Well, it's dark and cramped. Wall decor kind make's it look like a hanger or warehouse of somekind. There's usually heavy metal or screamo type rock music playing. It's got some cool geeky stuff, but there's also some creepy, emo, gothy looking stuff. And the staff (nt all but a lot of them) can look pretty intimidating. A lot of time they have back hair and a lot of piercings or tattoos. And the wear the rocker/goth type clothes. I have other friends that were uncomfortable going in there when they were younger too.
But we got over it because they have awesome stuff. And staff really are very nice. And I just block out the stupid music. I hate heavy metal.

There used to be a couple of shops around here like that but they've all dried up and closed down. The only one left is Orbit which is run by the loveliest woman you will ever meet

Basically I hate that kind of rock with the instuments just sounds like they are beating beaten without and melody or rhythym, or the singer is just screaming (I say screaming, but it's more like this terrible demon-esque throaty thing) out unintelligible garbled phrases.

Ah yes.. I know the sort you mean.. and it blows, I dont care much for it either. That's the thing with Metal, there's literally hundreds of sub-genres, so it gets a bit confusing.
I like to think I have a pretty varied taste in music, I'll pretty much give anything a go once. The only exceptions really are generic mass produced pop, rap, the majority of RnB, and most dance music. Sometimes there's the odd song in those genres that gets to slip through the net, but it's rare. My biggest guilty pleasure at the moment though is Big Band Jazz and J-Pop.. ...If I didn't like the song and the show (Kamen Rider Double/W) so much.. it would drive me nuts that I've had this stuck in my head for what feels like days now

Except some rap here and there. You heard of La Roux? Her song bulletproof has gotten to the States and it all over the hip-hop radio stations. I ask becaus she's supposed to be from Britian.

La Roux's pretty cool. You should check that album out, it's pretty good! We had it on a lot whilst I was working at HMV over Christmas
I've been getting into a lot of older metal bands all over again lately, like Judas Priest, and Racer X. Plus Dream Theatre, who aren't amazingly old.. but I've always enjoyed their music. The singer, James LaBrie has an absolutely amazing voice!
I guess music depends on ones given mood at the time. I was up all night last night painting and listening to ambient music I have on my Winamp, such as Aphex Twin, Sigur Ros, and Zero 7 (who I HIGHLY recommend!!.. excellent chill out/working music!)
If I'm out having a walk/hobble I tend to listen to something with a faster tempo, like Iced Earth, who may not be to your tastes.. but I dig that they do a lot of concept albums, like 'Horror Show' which is about legendary monsters, such as The Wolfman, or Jack the Ripper.
I love music, I cant imagine a world without it. ..and my favourite part about it is that different people have different tastes.. and so long as their grown up about it they can share and find out about bands or genres they wouldn't otherwise know much about.
Have you ever heard of Blur? They were a British band in the 90's labelled as 'Brit-Pop' ..you could take their entire back catalogue and that's basically the soundtrack to my teenage years
