Holy crap!!Can it be? YES IT IS!! NEW ART!!
But being the stinker I am, it's not anything anyone was expecting...
For the... TWO people that know who this is, yes, I've gotten hooked back into the Neopets fandom.
Got hooked bad... XD
For everyone else, this is a character from the digital pet website, Neopets.
His name is MAGAX (always all capitalized) and he's a long time Neopets antihero.
I'm too lazy to go over his whole back story at the moment, so here's a helpful link... [link]

On another note, sorry I haven't been on here much guys.
I keep hoping to get into the swing of things again with my art, but it just didn't seem to be happening.
But then I drew this. Hopefully this can lead me to getting on here more often.

I know you've already heard me blather about how much I love this piece, but I couldn't help myself: I had to do it again! Your depiction of MAGS here seriously puts even TNT's art to shame. I love it beyond words; everything about him is just pure and utter perfection. If you do decide to submit it to the Art Gallery, I know you'll be featured in a heartbeat

I think you should go ahead and enter it whenever you'd like! Even if they are having a theme that week, they can hold over art to put in future gallery updates instead. That's what they did with my Neopian Times entry. They held it over for about a month and a half after I submitted it before they put it in an issue

Exactly. Ones that I'm very familiar with have names that I remember. Mainly Hanso, Jazan, Brynn, Nabile, Tomos, Amira, Nightsteed, Razul, Fyora, Xandra, Garin, Jacques, Isca, and Caylis.

And yes people still draw art. Most of them just post it to the Neopets site. I would do the same thing, problems is that any art you submit to Neopets becomes their property and I'm not sure I'm cool with that.

That I use Neopets? Well I didn't very much for a LONG, LOOOONG time. But then me and a couple of my friends hoped back on and it's been a blast. And I've met a lot of awesome people.

LOL!! Obviously you know little about Neopets. It was originally created by bored college students and a ton of the content on there is rather NOT kid oriented to be honest. Plus the people I meet on there are all almost exclusively college aged or older.
The only thing really childish about the site is how strict the monitors and filters are.
And the fact that it was bought out by Nickelodeon.

Oh, yeah they tried to market it to kids. Which is fine. After all, I started using the site when I was like, ten and the characters make great merchandise fodder.
But in reality, all the people actively using it are my age, and the stories and lore are FAMILY friendly, not exclusively child friendly. They can be enjoyed by anyone.

I just laugh when people automatically call Neopets childish because if they'd ever played it, they'd know it was for anyone. And that's fine too. I like MMOs AND single player stuff. X3

multi player and I never got along, well at least the players that just are too good to play against noob's. I tried runescape a couple years back, and after the tutorial, I got killed almost instantly. never played it again! I also tried call of duty in multi player, and couldn't even connect to a server!

Fortunately though, competition in Neopets is completely voluntary. In fact actually peaking to anyone on there is voluntary. For years I just took care of my pets and didn't speak to a soul. Only now am I getting into making friends there.

Uhh, not long. But I didn't need to think long to say that I can relate to being antisocial. Because I am. I just have more of a problem with it in real life than on the computer.

I have to think through each note to keep from saying something stupid! I've noticed over the years; saying something stupid gets me I trouble. so to keep out of trouble, I have to think before I speak, which I can't do IRL.
