I don't know, I just doodled this while coloring my neopets picture. Original idea was a chibi-ish charmander based off an image found when googling 'charmander,' then I chose to do some experiments with the filters in oC4.06E+ for a change. Amazingly I think the lighting effects work out really well.Charmander (c) of Gamefreak/Nintendo/Cast and Crew of the PokΓ©mon series (1998)
