NICE! The Gyarados looks awesome! The colours and shading are also spot on.
I'm also very impressed with that hand
The only thing that's a little off is the proportion of Misty's lips and nose 
The over all feel of the piece is great. The backdrop is exciting and compelling and yet Misty still stands out β₯ β₯ β₯

I'm just gonna be a little bit of a critic here, I love every other part of this picture, but her nose... Her nose makes her face look more masculine than it should be, mostly because of how blocky and large it seems. I wouldn't bring it up, but for me it stands out so much. I'm not going to say 'fix it or I hate you', I still think it's amazing! Just something to note for the future, to work on making noses more feminine.
Just some friendly constructive criticism, keep up the amazing work! And always strive to be better! <3

so um conselho... perde mais tempo na defenicao da linha para dar mais tridimensionalidade e dinamica ao desenho em vez de desenhares sempre com a mesma grossura de linha. vais ver que vai fazer toda a diferenca!

This makes me think of the dream I had about Misty last night. She came back to travel with Ash, but it was just for a day. And I remember she had her Gyardos with her to help stop Team Rocket from drilling in a city with a drill-tank, or at least that what it looked like.
