FULL VIEW! A Kataang pic? Woahhh what's happening to me? No, I'm still a Zutara fan, but this is a contest prize forActually...sometimes Katara and Aang are super cute together. But then, I'm not really into shipping all that much, especially when some fans get too crazy and start insulting other ships, or think shipping is more important than the actual story or character development.
PS I don't know what the oriental writing means, and I've forgotten where the brushes are from, so if you recognize them just tell me and I'll give you credit.

Wow, this is pretty! The color is really striking, on Katara especially. It reminds me a little of the famous mosaic of the Romanov family.

Awesome job. not much more you can syaon this one besides the fact that everything fits together so perfectly. the only thing I thought was wierd was that Aaangeven though he was in the back and slightly out of focus because of the whole perseption thing was that he looked kinda bland and not as detail next to the awesome Katara that you did but other than that this is one of those fanarts that deserves to be put in a gallery somewhere.

I thought Katara would replace her mother's necklace with Aang's to symoblize her need to create her own image, and not emulate her mother's.

I always thought that Katara believed her mother to be a part of her, therefore the necklace wouldn't represent her mother's image, but more what her mother meant to her and what she died for, so I think she would continue wearing it throughout life.
