This is Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, drawn in classical Disney Style. I was inspired to Draw this picture after watching the Phineas and Ferb episode "Finding Mary McGuffin", and listening to Vanessa (Olivia Olson) sing "Not So Bad a Dad After all."
This song blew me away...I mean Olivia Olson is an awesome vocalist, and I really want to see her in more episodes, preferably while singing more songs.
The voice actress aside, this song also develops Vanessa as a character, as she finally notices the depth of her father's love.
The Phineas and Ferb show and all characters within are creations of Dan Povenmire and Jeff Marsh and are all © Disney.

Hm. I love Phineas and Ferb! 
The shading here is nice. The coloring looks different from the source, though. But, I think that's just because you drew it in the original disney style.
I like the emotion here, it kinda looks like a "Happy Holdiays" picture. Not much more to say here, so good job!
