time: approximately 5 hours
media: pen, watercolor, colored pencil
i'm not very pleased with the water or background. i scanned the lineart, so i'll probably go back and redo it digitally sometime.
I am, however, entirely pleased with Katara and her little waterbending wave thing. 
and for once in my life, Zuko doesn't look unbearably feminine!!! 
and the scanner messed up the colors. darn you scanner!

I love this picture, especially with aang standing in the background. I mean I know that that is the point but his expression just makes me think that he is gonna try to break them apart at any second! It still makes me chuckle. Fabulous job, on everything!
