I guess I just felt like drawing Bass EXE. He turned out.. alright I guess. I did get some practice drawing well, angery, ish, expressions..
At the same time, I couldn't help but think, Karas will probably love this, as I drew it.
... If I may, I think Bass would make a great Anti Hero.. if he well doesn't already maybe..

It's, not hard to get on his Bad side though.
I wouldn't say no to a game staring Bass either. I mean, classic of EXE, Bass is probably one of the most loved villeins in the Megaman series period.

and most deffinatly, i think he's loved because a. he's hot b. it's easy to see that while he's 'bad' he's not actually evil and can be an Anti Hero rather easily c. he's just frikkin badass and when you can play as him in megaman 10 he breaks it so baddly by letting you aim anywhere you want to, while megaman can only fire foreward

Okay first off, it's BASS, not BASE. Pronounced base, but spelled Bass. Not Bass like the fish. Though, I think both pronunciations are acceptable, I'm pretty sure most of us prefer the Bass guitar over the Fish Bass.
Anyway, Yes, Bass is in the Battle Network games. The Battle Network games did feature a LOT of the classic characters. But, it's an AU story, so Megaman EXE, is a different person from Megaman. Although some X characters like Zero, Iris, and the Coronal where featured as well eventually.
Bass was special though, he didn't need a Human net op to operate.
