Third piece for Month of Love (follow on tumblr or twitter #monthoflove ) - TearsThis one was hard! I've noticed lately I've been diving in REALLY fast to bolder colors with my watercolor pieces, so I made myself slow way down with this one and boy did I struggle with that task.

It's amazing how such a simple composition can walk into such emotional depths. the struggle between the darkness and the light, what is seen and unseen, what has gone before and what is now, and what will be.
(and yes, absolutely love the colors.)
