Ok so I was tryin to edit this and i had to resubmit !After playing around with him some more on PS.. and getting some inspiration from the ole B & W monster flicks .. I thought this version would be alot more fitting for the mood !

Shadowgrail since you mentioned about the old black and white monster movies thought I would take your guy here into Photoshop and go black and white and mess with the curves and see what happens, here is the link

Dude I wanna tell you how awsome that is. Solomon Grundy was always a favorite villian of mine. Especially since he was the rarest "zombie" villian. He could always have a nice fight with Superman. Very old school feel to him. Even the face if the face is alittle apey lol. totally wicked dude.

Perhaps a couple of 'olde timey film scratches' might really enhance the b-horror look of this, but still, overall it's a great piece and nice choice of palette. I love the barely visible background, very eerie, and, as someone's already mentioned, the hands look fab.

Thanks ! yes.. I was considering the film scratches.. perhaps I'll add it on to my print for my portfolio.

It depends on how far you want to push the look really. It still looks great without them - you could always try adding them, and if you don't like it, get rid, and you'll still have the regular version.
