Description
The case had seemed cut and dried when the Shadow Siren using her cover alias as Svetlana started. Investigate a series of missing dancers from a string of clubs all with ties to a known Russian Mobster. Days turned into weeks without a clue, and soon into months before the first clue was found.

Svetlana had been on the case nearly 6 weeks now and she felt she was close to breaking it wide open. She had endured the slimy sticky hands of the club owner, always trying to get her to dance for him or "handle" a special customer after hours. Luckily she had been able to duck and deflect most of his requests easily.

While working late one night she had overheard a phone call detailing a special shipment that was being put together to be shipped out at the end of the week. Knowing she couldn't allow this shipment to leave town, Svetlana slipped down to the locked file room and after a few seconds with her lock picks, she was able to gain entrance.

Shocked at the number of files here, she quickly started a methodical search of the room. It took her a couple of hours but her hard work was paid off as she found a locked file cabinet with Cyrillic writing. She quickly picked the lock and after opening the first folder, her face broke into a large smile. "Got you, you bastard."

Engrossed in the file she had found, Svetlana didn't hear the door open slowly nor the sound of the specially designed pistol being removed from its shoulder holder. Her first indication that she was in trouble was the sharp pain in her neck. Her face a mask of surprise as she brought her hand up to her neck and felt the dart in her neck. A wave of dizziness and lethargy swept over her body and her vision began to blur and darken as she heard a heavily accented voice behind her. "The Boss would like to see you Svetlana ..."

I was pretty sure that the money was going to convert to beer...but lo and behold, we have our very first entry.
The awesome and very talented :iconMs-Supernova: has decided she wants a share of that beer money and surprised me today by posting her entry to the competition...

And I love it. Carrying all the hallmarks of her unique touch it shows Maija in Racks View unaware she is being observed as she changes out of her party dress to enjoy a relaxing swim.
Sexy but with that hint of underlying peril, it looks like :iconMs-Supernova: is in with a good shot of reducing my beer fund
So come on..to all ye others...keep a Duck sober this June and take part...if not..me and Claire will just have to drink to your health
Competition is hotting up with an entry by the (in)Famous :iconMr-G-Modder: which you will find on his page below. It seem . I really enjoyed making this image and writing the story and hope to get a chance to do this again.
