Here are some names and action commands for the characters

Rahul the raven merchant
skill one: sock it to ya (0fp) smashes at his nemeses with his birdseed bag
skill two: super mega haggle (3fp) sells his "life changing miracle cream" to the enemy, resulting in extra earnings from battle
skill three: teeter totter terror(5fp) utilizes various items in order to design a seesaw, which allows explosive coconuts to be lobbed at the enemy.
skill four: raven cry (6fp) calls in his raven brethren, resulting in an excellent combo attack


deuce the diceman
skill one: snake eyes (0fp) an intriguing attack that, when used properly, can result in a merciless combo attack
skill two: triplicate (3fp) rolls a three, allowing him to create three exact duplicates
skill three: lucky roll (4fp) mario throws deuce into the air, and depending on the final number, gains a certain 5 turn attack buff
sextuplicate(6fp) creates 6 doppelgängers

About time we see another dice species partner. I thought mine was going to be the only one.
