Eyes stared out into the darkened abyss of unknown territory, picking up small movements caused by the breeze that swept across the plains ahead. This must have been what it was like to be in his mothers place.... But this time was different. He was taking his family with him. It felt to Howl that he couldn't live his life away from family anymore. He just couldn't. He had sworn loyalty to his pack, yes, and he had met so many great wolves around here, but now... now it was time to go. He had met up with Bloom in the early hours, to let her know of his plans. She would be free to follow him, if she wished. But now, he wanted to take the remainder of his family away. Death and disease was rife within these parts... with one of their children already dead, Howl could see his own mothers life playing out before him.... How she had dealt with the pain of losing a child... He would never know. It burned... it was tough... but now he had to looked forward.

The small pup shifted at his feet, looking up to his father in slight confusion. He had never seen his father so worried... And never before had Starling ventured quite as far as this. The pup was aware that their mother was near, but he couldn't tell where.... or if his sisters were following. Right now, he wanted to keep with his father. It had been so long since Howl had faced the wilderness alone. Just Starlings age, if anything, in search of his aunt and mother. He vowed that Starling would never have to go through that.

"Father... where are we going?" Starling looked back up to his father, eyes blinking in perhaps confusion. Howl glanced down to his only son, a gentle smile sweeping across his muzzle.

"Anywhere son. Anywhere"

So this was probably predicted, and this piece has been sat on my computer a while, seeing as I was less and less active in the group, I felt I couldn't keep up, and would rather take my own characters out of the group before they get killed from some in game form of disease or something. I've been busy ever since my visa started, as it required all my attention to me, and meant more to me than an art group, so unfortunately I just couldn't give it the tie it required. I just dont think I'm made for arpgs that require certain activity levels, as I'm not able to commit. I'm hoping the launch of Wolves-of-Swyncoast will change that for me, but we'll see!

So long story short, I'm taking Howl and Starling out of CC, off to more adventures beyond Lunariah!
