Decided to revisit a sketch I did of Asakura Yoh from Shaman King in 2017, but this time in colour. Still getting the hang of alcohol markers, but gradually improving. Pretty pleased with almost everything in this one, except the clouds. Darker/more opaque tones are pretty hard to blend and layer smoothly. Still have much to learn, but I'm enjoying myself so far!
Added some Copic Sketch markers to my arsenal; the 48 pack of Ohuhu brush markers doesn't really have any flesh tones, so I got a 6 pack of Copic flesh tones and some single brown markers to add a little more diversity~ I fully understand now why Copics cost as much as they do, there really is a difference. The Ohuhus are nice, but the Copics easily blow them out of the water. Having the right tool for the job really does help.
