It just never ceases to amaze me, Shadow, how you can make these cute little robotic critters time and time again. What I really love about your stuff is how you're able to piece the parts together in your head and then put them down - I guess what I mean is that the creation side of it just floors me.
For this little guy, I'd suggest a name along the lines of something Englishy with two syllables; I'm not sure as to what exactly myself as my names tend to be a bit...outlandish, at best. Colour-wise, I'd go with browns and blues, kookaburra-like colours?
Really great stuff. Always looking forward to more.

hehe, it's rather large, if you ask me .. it just fits my screen (horizontally, vertically it's fine) and i'm having a pretty high screen resolution (1280x1024) .. the details would still be there if it were half the size and it would be more convenient to look at .. cute character, by the way, i don't know how you do it, bust most of your robot guys look rather cute than letal and dangerous .. err .. this one for example would do a great job at the barbeque

Wow, very nice, a very cute robot. I keep seeing a Megaman influenec in your works, and though it's not the style, it very good.
As for a name, I might give you some suggestions later, but as for color, I'd say go with either a fire scheme of red, orange and maybe black, or with a white, silver and black scheme.
