Seeing both the 90's Spider-Man and Iron Man shows made me wonder what it would be like if the Mandarin and his Minions vs. the Kingpin and his Insidious(Sinister) Six with Cyborg Spider Slayer Alistair Smythe.The Kingpin:
-Dr. Octopus
-The Scorpion
-The Chameleon
-Mysterio/ can be traded in for the Vulture
-The Shocker
-The Rhino
-Cyborg Spider Slayer Alistair Smythe
vs.
The Mandarin:
-Blacklash
-Dreadknight
-Grey Gargoyle
-Hypnotia
-Whirlwind
-Blizzard
-Living Laser
-MODOK
(Note: I left out Fin Fang Foom to make it fair)
So which team you think would fare against each other?

Manderin
be it 1 on 1 or with there team.
His rings make him a deadly powerhouse on his own.
The rest of the team are basically a meat shield.
Manderin can counter many of the enemies skill alone, leaving them wide open from attacks from others

Let's say the Mandarin takes on the Kingpin in a one on one fight with just his fighting skills and his rings aside, would that be a good battle too? The Kingpin is a good fighter, but it has been known that the Mandarin is also a superb and exceptional martial artist in his own right and at that a superhuman one that can break Iron Man's armor with his bare hands.

Bare hand combat thats tricky.
Because typically id give it to martial arts over king pin's wrestling
Since King pin can endure super power blows (in small amounts)
While as you say manderine can break Iron Mans armour.
So Manderine would use speed and precision to attack King Pin's joints which would quickly hamper his grapling which leave him wide open.
(i assume manderine's strength is his own, he wasnt using his rings at the time?... i vaguely remeber when he lost his rings and was wandering the world he looked pretty haggarad he was still able to effortlessly 1 blow kill normal humans)
Like i said his 10 magic rings even in there weakest form, would out match Kingpin. who is at best a low tier superhuman, although i was under impression he was just supposed to be a large human who'd reached his potential.
