The First Order Outland TIE was built as the successor to the original Outland TIE (and it's cousin the Spec Ops TIE) and was used by First Order remnants, like how the original Outland TIE was used by Imperial Remnants. However it was equipped with shields and a ventral turret, meaning it had a gunner like the First Order's Special Forces TIE Fighters, meanwhile having the iconic landing systems of the original Outland TIE. the First Order Outland TIE had a third engine which greatly increased it's speed and manoeuvrability to great extent. The First Order originally could not afford to create it's own Outland TIE's until when the First Order-Resistance War broke out. But it's soon to be biggest competitor and match the Orion Spur Alliance stopped it developing one until it was destroyed along with the Sith Eternal, when the first prototype was finally built. The original plans fell into the hands of the First Order Imperial-I/II Nemesis and it's fleet as well as the prototype, but by this time the company Sienar-Jeamus Fleet Systems chose tow new customers, the Orion Spur Alliance (or course knowing they'll be a big buyer) and the Caretaker Remnant. So the Nemeis' fleet (which was later known as the Nemesis-Imperatirx remnant) went to the Galactic Empire's original TIE Fighter manufacturer Sienar Fleet Systems to create the First Order Outland TIE, which turned out to be just as expensive as the original Outland TIE. This proved to be difficult since the First order was all but destroyed and several First Order Remnants were being hunted down and destroyed by the Orion Spur Alliance as well as having not enough to afford to create such a fighter en mass. They prevailed when the Nemesis-Imperatrix remnant put word to other surviving First Order Remnants about the fighter creating a network of top secret communications and a joint economy in between, making the The Order Outland TIE a reality, used by almost every First Order Remnant, other than the New Orion Order. the First Order Outland TIE made it's name known when the majority of surviving First Order Remnants began buying them and building them in their own shipyards without Sienar Fleet Systems' help at all.... bringing the attention of the Orion Spur Alliance and it's newly upgraded military (with their own Special Forces TIE). The First Order Outland TIE was the perfect answer to the orion Spur Alliance's TIE Hex Starfighters. The First Order Outland TIE since it has no hyperdrive required to be on board a Star Destroyer before deployment but this was made up for due to how effective it was, being able to land almost anywhere meanwhile taking little hanger space as it's wings could allow. The First Order Outland TIE had larger hatch view ports as well as two smaller extra view ports for extra visibility.
The First Order Outland TIE if it came out in time, could've actually won the First Order-Resistance War if the Orion Spur Alliance di not get involved....

EDIT: the First Order Outland TIEs with red markings is just basically the same thing as the Special Forces TIE Fighters
