Taddaaaa. A commission for an old friend x3 There are things I like, and things I don't like, but overall I like it
'Realistic' is quite difficult for me to do, for some reason, probably because I'm an artistic perfectionist, when in reality, reality isn't perfect! AHHH, PARADOX!Comments welcome, critiques applauded!

Aaah, I love the fur, and it's so cute XD Though, a bit of critique, since you asked for it. See, canines have a chest (durr) and little bit of open area, then it goes to the hips/hind legs. Like humans have ribs, then an empty space for the intestines 'n stoof, then out hips. I think you only gave the white wolf a chest, and not that open area. It also give a puppeh a longer, more lither looking body.

Right you are, the body on the white one is too short. This picture is riddled with soo many mistakes...but then, it is a year old xD; I need to practice more though. Thanks for the comment and crit!

There's nothing I can say about the art that hasn't been said by now.
So, only $20 or $30? Way too low for something like this.

The fur is fantacular, you did an excellent job on it! I love the bg. I can tell that you spend mondo time on this. There are a few crits. The white wolf's body is just a little short. I know that the leg is brought forward, but it's still a little too short. The background legs on the white wolf- right up where it meets the fur, it should be a lot darker- to show depth. At the moment, the back right leg, looks like it's coming out of her butt. xD;; Just something to keep in mind, not to be afraid of dark shadows. Same on the other wolfy as well- who's body also should be a little darker behind hers (i'm guessing who's the male and who's the femme)- because she would cast a shadow more against him. But other than those few things, this is a great piece. I adore the paws and they look so happy and free. You did really great on this. Well done!

Thanks a lot! x3 I don't draw a lot of 'dark shadows' because my monitor is already massively dark, and 'medium shadows' appear to be darker to me than when viewed on other peoples' computer :\ So it's like I can't get away from that one... But the other anatomy-wise crits are helpful indeed

yes, screen brightness will cause that to happen. lol. That's like w/ me and size of pictures. I have a wider screen- so I dunno what pics will look like on other ppls monitors. xD; oh well. heh.

I chargegedd... uh, 20 or 30$ for this, I'm too lazy to look at my site (generally my full-size pictures are $10, +5 for each additional character, +5 for background, and +5 for the 'realistic' style.)
Ummm...tips? xD; I donno. Lots and lots of patience. Use many layers, and dodge and burn tools, and the eraser tool too x3 Most useful tools evarrrr...

Very nice! I love the fur, you did and awesome job! The only crits are that the grass on the horizon looks a bit ragged, and not "grassy" enough, but that may be my imagination. The other was I have was mentioned earlier, the thing about where the eyes are looking.
I love the clouds! They are very awesome, and I think the way you incorperated the breaks into the clouds so you can see the stars and the moon half hidden by the clouds was a great attribute to the pic as a whole.
Very nice job, a definite fave!
