That's really beautiful!
What I love the most about this drawing are the plain colors you used. It's like they add more feeling to the image, I don't know exactly why. Moreover, the line itself has got a great flow and detail, so it doesn't need anything more, like shadows or lights.
I think that the tones you chose are great to express what you meant, it's an amazing work ^w^

In Japan they are crazy for the style, very common to mangakas to use it, but in any expression or style the basics of art noveau is beatiful, so soft, so rounded and dynamic, Alphonse Mucha is the best representative of this style, I admire alot his artwork as one of the first "graphic designers" because os his work of fusion, art-design, glad to see your artwork, I will try to upload some of mine too
