Description
This was made before I started culinary school (... I think) for a close family friend.Chocolate / white chocolate mousse w/ buttercream roses & chocolate collar. Covered in chocolate ganache.

Thanks so much ^_^ That was a little plastic leaf.. haha. If I had a little template (and time) to make a candy leaf I would, but I'm nowhere near that level yet.
