Description
Coconut orange tuile cup with kiwi-pineapple-strawberry salsa and a scoop of vanilla ice cream; served with mango and raspberry sauces garnished with a mint leaf.Oh my god, was it good.
Made this in culinary school before I nearly passed out and went home (I would've had a pretty souffle pic too.)
