A sneek peek to my next wallpaper... hehe

i did a little reasearch.
At first i thought it was a Steyr Scout sniper rifle (if you've played counter-strike you'd know it) [link]
Saw a couple of pics and it looks like a springfield sniper rifle (the ones americans used during the WW2) [link]
another rifle that was a bit similar (in my eye's opinion) is the M14 [link]
but after looking thru many different sniper rifles, the closest I can find is the m24 sniper rifle. [link]

and with the lack of magazine, i think it's the airsoft version as well.

Upon doing even more reasearch, it seems that this rifle looks more like teh VSR 10 [link]
i think that this is an airsoft only rifle and that there is no real weapon counterpart... i could be wrong thou.

and yes.. i was wrong...
people from the AQS forum was able to dig up some info and the rifle turned out to be the "MC M40 Vietnam War version" [link]
