"So spend spend spend!"
"We're on a heroic quest, can't you give us a discount?"
"No."

"Besides, I've heard the 'we're on a heroic quest' only a million times before, demanding free stuff or the world is going to end."

The merchant from RE4 is justified, he is secretly able to exist everywhere at once by traveling through time. He already know's "Whatcha buyin'?" (or selling), because he was sent by the future council to aid Leon on his quest to kill zombies.

Reminds me of Bruce in Phantasy Star: Universe. Okay, he was an (ex-)Guardian, but still, he was in places overun by the SEED and completely in flames on his own, where I was with a party of 4 characters over lv60. And I was having a hard time getting through.

LOL,it can't be truer..XD
Its almost too convenient, that in some game, the Suplier actually apear right before the Boss(nevermind the fact that you fight a lot of monster getting there..you can't help but think:"how the f*peep* did he get here???")

the random merchants are great, there allways in the most dangerous place and noone tries to hurt them. funny little comic. i like the background. would be good if the sections of the comic were all different shapes and sizes

In "Mother 3" it's a mole cricket. On a tiny purple blanket. I decided it was best not to wonder.

O'aka, yes. Remember when he was just standing around in the snow on Mt. Gagazet, waiting for the characters, right before a certain boss? Well, that's going to be Curasias in a nutshell.
Also, if that's all you can think of, I've gotta say you should play more RPGs, and you'll see more of 'em. ;)
