Ooh, that'll be fun. I use Paint Tool SAI and a Wacom Bamboo Connect tablet. I definitely recommend both for a starting-out artist, fairly cheap, simple, but not constrictive.

Cell. This was really just more of a "screw it I'm just gonna do this and however it comes out, whatever." I really really really wanna learn to do anime styles better. That's why for one thing - I'm hoping to perfect that eye type you see up there, where there isn't a pupil, like you see in anime. But yeah, cell.
