Description
Invader Name: Shiver Hawk
Height: 5’5’’
Technical Gender: Male
Age: ?
Rank: Pilot / Mercenary
Specialty: Mercenary ship pilot
Species: Tropical (Rainforest)
Appearance: Shiver Hawk is a variety of colors as is pretty typical for Tropical Qwuedeviv. It has a lot of gray, red, and orange with some additional markings of yellow. One ear is somewhat floppy and both are tipped with heavy fuzz.
Personality: Shiver Hawk is a sharp Qwuedeviv. It’s very outgoing, but always has a well-timed sharp remark if someone dares start off with one of their own. Such remarks are never meant to truly harm anyone though and the others accept its sense of humor graciously. Highly confident of its skills, and on the very border of arrogance, Shiver Hawk rarely ever gets concerned about their circumstances. It is very familiar with Captain Captain and finds them to be a worthy friendly rival. Shiver Hawk has proven to be a loyal friend and ally to all it works with. It has a pretty laid back disposition, not much can truly rile it up. Shiver Hawk is a considerably funny Qwuedeviv, but nothing quite matches its older sibling.
Background:
Nightmares’ younger sibling, Shiver Hawk has always been there whenever it was needed; a loyal sibling and a reliable pilot. That is why Nightmares insisted it be a part of the mercenary crew that it and Cold now lead. The two have always been very close.
The entire crew is pretty familiar with Mesh’s crew and get along well. They have occasionally worked together on larger jobs and tend to cross paths quite a bit. Shiver Hawk has participated in Mesh and Captain Captain’s card games on occasion when they’ve gotten together for quick visits or to debrief on situations.
Shiver Hawk never got particularly involved in Cold and Nightmares’ struggles, but stood by to be a listening ear for either party. It claims it always knew things would work out fine. Now having the addition of Black Frost, Shiver Hawk claims it doesn’t know if their crew can handle another round of mentor/apprentice hardships—granted it says this jokingly.
Random Facts:
“The whole cold names theme thing really doesn’t fit me.” Shiver Hawk’s remark to Cold and Nightmares when the decision was made.
“Can’t we just do it? It’d be like fifty times faster.” Another of Shiver Hawk’s frequent remarks, about why they have to wait around for Black Frost to try and do things that they could easily already have done.
Shiver Hawk prefers to wear the standard airforce uniform, claiming that it was never very good at fashion anyway.
