This is truly badass. Do you have a place where you sell your works?

i must say, this is very intriguing. you even ran over it with your car and it's still keeps it's shape and no bulks whatsoever? do you think this is actually durable in real combat because if it truly is then please say your price. i have a brother i dont want to loose in afghanistan so a facial helmet would be splendid. i would anyway gladly put this on my shelf among my collection of masks

This is exactly why Daily Deviations are great: you get to find amazing and talented people. I loved the masks from Army of Two and while I have not played the sequel yet, I can only guess as to the detail in those masks as well. This masks looks superb, the detail in the scarring and the roughed edges gives it so much personality.
If these were to become available for sale, as I hope you are still working towards that goal, I would want one. Beyond simply wanting it, I would get it even if I did not have money for food or gas afterward. It would be worth it. Totally, totally worth it.

So is this leather based, water molded, and then a resin application or is just resin?

Sharpener In reply to Seenshadows [2010-05-07 06:46:47 +0000 UTC]
just resin cast out of a siliconemold

That quote sounds like it is a spin off or Einstein's "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results."
