Well, ain't gonna lie, this is a weird one. Even for you, lol. My non-poni roommate said "wait is that a dragon pooping blood?" when he looked over my shoulder, and this is NOT one I wanted my roommate seeing over my shoulder xD makes him think I'm even weirder. Ah well. Don't really like this one... that posing is just too weird for me. To each his own. It's not bad, per se. Just not my cup of tea.

I suppose that is an interpretation. It is an abstract representation of menstruation. The lower part is in-fact her tail, and the same color as her mane. Even so, there is no nudity portrayed, and menstrual blood is hardly sexual or violent.
