Made this drawing as an entry for a Disney contest on Instagram (theme: "Disney characters as fairies"). What do you think?I personally am not that satisfied with it, so I'm in doubt about finishing my second entry.

Maybe Tink should think long and hard before turning Wendy into a fairy. Because, as a fairy, she'd be not able to go home and so she'd have to stay in Neverland forever. I don't know if Tink would like this consequence.
But maybe Wendy and Tink could become good friends as fairies...

It actually did happen in a short run cartoon Fox made in 1990. "Peter Pan and the Pirates". In the episode "Wendy and the Croc", Wendy wants to be a fairy, and Tinkerbell obliges.
Similarly, the episode "Wee Problem" had fairy-size shrinking. Due to an arbitrary plot excuse, Tinkerbell has a temporary power to shrink people to fairy size, so they convince her to shrink everyone. Peter Pan is the first to grow back, rescuing the others.
