Here is a normal type Eevee evolution idea. Went with a super hero theme but did not do a normal city scape. I feel heroes can be found all over. Quite basic really. There are already better ideas out there but still fun. No more Eevee or Pokémon for a while. I could see it being able to remove the mask or change the look however it wants.
