Radioactive Eevee. This is a fake Pokémon idea. This could be a poison type evolution or a tara type. It could be an evolution that would require being near a toxic location. Or being around toxic characters. It could also have a pink shiny as pink can also be considered toxic or black like tar or oil. I could also see it having poor vision from the lack of eyes. Not all side effects are good ones. But it could make up for it by being incredibly flexible so a high speed. I could see it being a little crazy and creepy in personality.
