I really enjoy this picture due to it's striking visuals. The hair is bright to contrast the blacks and whites nicely. I think the pose is very odd but very intriguing. And the angle in which the photo was taken is incredibly awesome!
My only real criticism is the center of balance along with the facial expression.
With the legs being one direction and the torso the other, it looks less like she is just leaning over and more like she is off center. Though, if this was the intention then it was definitely met!
I also wished that the make-up was just a little stronger and maybe a bit more curl to the hair.

She looks like Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas!

This makes me think of the Corpse Bride or the Nightmare Before Christmas. Very Tim Burton feel to this image. Good shot though although I must admit that I am totally absorbed by the great legs in striped stockings.

It's cool how the vibrant red hair and bold black and white stripes contrast the gory scars and overall grit and filth of the image. Did you put dirt on the photo itself to enhance this appearance?

But maybe you could've made the image a bit darker as a whole and edit the stitches so that they look more realistic and scary. Cause now it's just drawn on.
