I was lucky enough to wear one of Galina Mihaleva's new designs, that light up when you make certain movements.This one lit up differently depending on the position of my head and collar. It was pretty amazing. There's a video of the dress in action here:

Oh, and it was about 30 degrees out this night. Brrrrrrrr.

Love the gold/green scheme. Is the upper front part of the dress more opaque than the lower part, or is that a trick of the lighting?

It is, it's actually a separate piece that went over and wrapped around teh dress
