Description
One of the first paintings in a new series I've started. The new series will focus on women with interesting make-up or wearing scarves and will have a darker feel. This is a mixed media painting using Watercolor and Gouache. I did a lot of experimenting with this painting and used some stencils to block in the main features of the face. I stayed loose at the beginning and basically splattered and splashed paint everywhere and then got tighter with more details in the end.

I've been contemplating whether or not to put a pattern or more detail into her fringe scarf kinda thing. I don't know if I like it how it is or if im just afraid to ruin the painting.
Hope you like it. I also haven't thought of a title yet.
