She certainly was. Oh that is such a beautiful track! I have a particular fondness for the acoustic version of Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow and her collab with Tony Bennett, Body and Soul.

I agree. She was very much in the vein of many of the old greats who's style we are sadly seeing disappear: folks like Shirley Bassey, Etta James, Aretha Franklin. She was a true powerhouse! And a phenomenal writer to boot.
