rocko modern life is, in my opinion, the best cartoon that nickelodeon had, even better than rugrats, avatar the last air bender and sponge bob square pants

There's not much fanart of rocko, so seeing this makes me very happy. You even have managed to do the original style of the show, thats very cool I think! Specially taking in count that even if "simple", is a very difficult style to do. For me it is at least
But what have impressed me the most from this drawing is that so smooth color blending! Goodness! How you do that with pencil colors?!! Is truly awesome
What kind of colors you usually use? I'm asking just because I've had many color brands, and many of them have very hard tips. So, I'm curious heheh.

This drawing is so sweet !!
Your "pencil magic" is something admirable (I mean the lovely color blending and contrast) and you've managed to capture Rocko in true-to-show morphology too . 
Mind if I ask? Does That kind of pencil (prismacolor) allows multi-tone combination? (normal ones prevent that because of "glossy" surface they usually make ) or you just use some specific technique that inhibits that "unwanted" side-effect ?
Anyway, great piece of art !!

thank you! sorry to get back to you so late, but yeah you can build up color, they don't get glossy until you start burnishing with them (pressing harder after a few layers) it's just about playing around with them. they're pricy but worth it. just as long as you don't over work them and use them on paper that has more teeth they'll have a good effect.
