Description
Found in my garden tonight. My first attempt at this. I have always wanted to do this. These lil guys hop all over the place. I never would have thought that looking at everyone's frog photos!!Well he is back in my garden! I hope you enjoy!
edit: this lil guy was about 1in long 1.5 counting tips of legs!! Guess I should have mentioned that!!

Thanks to the great Herps lovers I had to look this lil guy up. He is a Hyla regilla - Pacific Treefrog and sang for weeks in Spring. I did record it..someday I might upload the file and make it available somewhere

Ha! I love the description. lol People keep telling me "oh, your frogs pose so nicely for your photos! How do you get them so tame?" Not really how it works, as you found out. Gotta snap fast!

Well thank you for making me look it up! It appears to be a Californian Pacific Treefrog..which sang for weeks in Spring!! I recorded it actually lol

hehe don't feel that way, this is a good picture I was just wondering but on a photo taken quick like this any sudden movement could've caused the photo to be out of focus. Another thing could be the settings on your camera. With the camera you have I am assuming you at least have some basic knowledge about photography and even if you don't (especially if you don't) the best way to learn is to mess around and play around with the settings on the camera and see the results. The good thing about digital is that you can take the shots as many times as needed and you can fix most of the ones when they are slightly incorrect
