Well, my first image of 2007!Asuka Langley from Neon Genesis Evangelion, in a pose you rarely see, and in a topic you also rarely see.
This is the best use of colour I have ever used, and if you saw the original colour version, you'd see the vibrancy and cool colour. I say this without bragging rights, as the pencils themselves are what makes the vibrancy.
Okay, so read this when I say that this is ALL hand-drawn: text, lines and colour. The lines are mechanical pencil, the colours are Derwent pencils and all hand drawn.

Thanks a lot. Glad you like the colours, as this was the longest, hardest bit. I like pencils far better than digital, as it's much more natural.

i'm always somewhat pleased to see Asuka in such a pose and expression. i guess that's because she's usually being a real brat 
drawing very good as usual. but colouring... my god! that's totally awesome! all that softness, and those shines... i'm also really amazed at how you got all those details on her uniform look so fine.
