Description Just a simple headshot I did ages ago when I wanted to draw some sorta stylized messy hair. Rather more cartoony then usual, but thats kinda fun now and then!

I always thought Jeremy Brett's Sherlock wandering about the flat with his hair down and usually pajama clad, was oddly endearing, so call it a tribute or something XD

I guess a case most be going well for him to look so content before he even finished his first smoke of the day

So. Friggin'. AWESOME.

THE POSE! THE EXPRESSION!! THE SMUGNESS! (The case must be indeed going well :''D)

I fell in love at first sight with this strangely cute habit of Brett!Holmes to "wander about the flat with his hair down and usually pajama clad", like you say it, with his trusty nicotine supplier in hand. And your drawing SHOWS THIS HABIT SO WELL, and in this special, superbly cartoony style of yours. Especially the hair (I'm in love with this hair here) and the hand are so perfectly done, and the smoke swirl is also wonderful. By the way, did I tell you already that your shading abilities are admirable? Oh and how much they are, so few lines, so well placed, and such a smashing effect. KUDOS. 


So: Everything. Awesome. I'll continue staring and being in love.
