Ajkfhsdlk. Finally finished my part of an art trade with the lovelyThis is her resident in Pokette Town, Toto the Grovyle! He's a relaxed little green guy just chilling in the shade of a tree~. If that wasn't obvious. T.T I had a lot of fun doing him, especially those eyes of his! *w* Although I'm so sorry I wasn't very creative with his clothing. T.T I couldn't think of anything that would suit him, so I just put him in one of his own outfits. ;w; Sorry!
Anyways, I tried a different style with backgrounds (because they're evil and I can never do them to my liking...), so hopefully it doesn't look odd! >.<

Actually a pretty reasonable background style considering Toto's design. Kind of a pop-art style (Is "pop-art" a style??) of dappled sunlight through the overhanging tree. Also; his hair and the tree roots kind of tie the foreground and background together with their similar shapes.
You do not need to feel embarrassed with your half of this trade.

Thank 'ya, Ed! Hm...I'd say pop-art is more a genre of art, but that's just me! I suppose it can be considered a style, too! X3 I get what you mean though. ^^ Ohh, I hadn't considered his hair tying the background and foreground together, but I'm glad you pointed it out! Not that's all I can focus on in this one, hahah. XD
