Finally finished
About 40-60 Hours on this all up. You can see the lineart/sketches in my scraps

I wasn't sure wether to end it like this or not, but with University starting I dont really have time to sit here and develop it more...
That being said, I'm really happy with how it turned out, and I can only hope I continue to progress in this stream of things.

About the peice:
Laguna, the city of the elves was once a peacfull village. Elves, a small race, always gathered together in small villages scattered accross the world. The stuck within their families and bonded through their heritage. The Laguna tribe were a particularly spiritual tribe. They would protect nature, and their and with prayers to the heavens, and spiritual music played with wind instruments.
One day man came. Apon their discovery they realised jewels on each elf, past from generation to generation. Thousands of years old, and priceless.
In a bid to get rich, they began a war against the else, killing family members and stealing them of their heirlooms.
The elves prayed and prayed for a change, and from the ground the earth grew and surrounded the fortress of Laguna. Cliffs as high as you could see surrounded their village, however only slowed the humans down.
Keisha, one of the younger elves, at 286 years old, decided it was time to change. No one would agree with her, so she faught alone, trained alone and learnt to weild her bow like a master. As her village prayed and prayed, she faught alone with the strength of the Gods flowing through her, and the love of her village burning in her heart.
Amazingly she destroyed all of the invaders, and now stands guard by the lowest cliff to protect Laguna through the night, and rest at Dawn.
Here, she starts her shift at sunset. Who knows what the night will bring.
