I drew a pose of Swift that I've had in mind for about year. Though, I'm glad I waited to draw it becuase my anatomy has improved, and I got to try an abstract coloring style. The ideas for how to do the background were changing as I worked. I wanted a word but then went with the Kanji phrase "天に翔る" or "Leap up to the sky". I'm pretty satisfied with the result. I used markers, ink pens, and colored pencils.P.S: sorry guys I drew this on May 29th but forgot to share it here.

That's an amazing piece of art! ^.=.^ I love the colors and the transitions between them. And the shading is awesome! I also noticed the hole in the pants where the tail comes out, that's clever.

Thank you! Mixing the two works well. you can mix with regular pencils for a low saturation effect.
As for the pants, I don't remember where I first saw it, but someone was thinking. I know ShaunSnow added it to his characters undergarment, with a button. Can you imagine if there was no button you'd have to pull your tail through while all the hair gets yanked backwards?! That would be hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention the removal difficulty level if you had to run to the toilet!

I've also seen tail sleeves as a solution to the tail problem, which have buttons on them. Some furrys don't have holes like that at all; they just keep their pants down just enough for their tail to stick out.
