Description The long overdue post of all my dragons, design heavily based on/inspired by Jedder77 's Mui-Drake.

Originally started with Niri, then built Serit, Murand, and Torth. Not long after, I built Byra & Tyra, and then finished off with the rest. Some are definitely better than others, but limited parts in select colours can do that. However, I still love them all.

You can find the species bios below!

Sea-Dragons
These dragons are probably the friendliest of all the dragon sub-species, as they're known for taking care of other oceanic creatures. It's also thought that they tend to secret reefs, and will bunt away divers that get too close.
Their diet consists mainly of underwater plant-life, and some small species of fish. In more tropical locations, they're sometimes known to go on land for food, such as various fruits and vegetables.
It's rare to see more than three living in the same territory, as they tend to differentiate their ways of taking care of sea creatures. While no one knows what their mating habits are, there's stories that say it includes a special “dance.”

Blade Dragons
These dragons are very defensive, in which you do not approach them quickly. Their wings aren't actually usable as wings, but as extra blades to aid their tail-blade. It's not uncommon to see a Blade Dragon with various scars, which are usually from learning to use its tail as a weapon.
Blade Dragons are omnivores, eating both plants and meat. Typically they'll eat a lot in one sitting, and go weeks until feeding again.
If you see two or more in one area, you should flee, as they're very territorial of their own kind, and loners. Most other species they'll try to hide, using their natural camouflage.

Magma Dragons
These dragons are the most hostile, as they temper easily, and calm down by going on a rampage. They typically live in volcanic areas way from people, but occasionally they'll make their home elsewhere.
Magma Dragons are mainly carnivores, but also have been known to eat Cinder Stones that let them temporarily breathe fire. It's a misconception that they eat lava.
These dragons tend to live alone, sometimes sharing territory with Ember Dragons. The Ember Dragon will create Cinder Stones, while the Magma Dragon protects them.

Mountain Dragons
These dragons are very friendly, slow creatures. They live on or near mountains, usually hiding around in caves or under overhangs. They used to be pets to starting kings, but the tradition faded over time. Some still wear the royal chains.
They're typically herbivores, but will sometimes eat small creatures if they're unable to find vegetation. Because they're so slow, they're easy prey for other creatures.
Mountain Dragons will either live in large groups, or in complete solitude. However, it's sometimes seen that other creatures will share caves with them.

Ember Dragons
These dragons, despite their claws and tail, are quite meek. Most live in warmer climates, while some live in volcanic areas with Magma Dragons. It's typical of blacksmiths to have an Ember Dragon as a work partner.
Typical diet for these dragons is stones, the smoother the better. Sometimes they will eat raw wood as well, to power their natural flame breath.
They live in small groups normally, but occasionally will share territory with a Magma Dragon by creating Cinder Stones. They make them by breathing fire on specific stones, which both types of dragons can eat.

Ice Dragon
These dragons tend to be very playful, sometimes being a bit too rough for smaller creatures though. They've been known to guide people to safety through the mountains they live on, proving especially helpful during snowstorms.
A normal diet is usually snow, ice, and frozen vegetation. They cannot eat anything warm or hot, since it's literally life-threatening for them.
Ice Dragons live in massive groups, nicknamed by people as “Flurries” of Ice Dragons. Having natural ice breath, they can keep their surroundings perfect all year round.

Bone Dragon
These dragons are the bone remains of cursed dragons, bound to live until their curse is broken. Old folktales hail them as the bringers of disease and death, though recent study has found they do not effect others around them.
They do not feed on anything, but it is normal for them to hunt if they were previously a carnivorous or omnivorous dragon.
Normally they live in isolation, deep within caves in mountains or underground. However, some Bone Dragons will continue to live on as they did when they were alive.

River Dragon
These dragons are amphibious, living on land and in water. Their wings do not function for flight, but rather for faster swimming. A common mistake is that Sea-Dragons and River Dragons are the same, when they're in fact completely different sub-species.
They typically eat fish, along with other creatures and plants that are found in rivers. Some communities keep a River Dragon around to help with invasive species.
River size determines how many will live “together”. The bigger the river, the more dragons you're likely to find living there. They love coming up to the side of boats.

Sand Dragon
These dragons are called the laziest, do to their habit of burying themselves in the sand and sit for days. They're a smaller sub-type, typically living in deserts or on sandy beaches. They're quite calm, but accidentally step on them and they will not hesitate to defend themselves.
Sand Dragons live off of small creatures, and whatever they can get water from. They hunt by waiting under the sand, and lunging at their prey.
They live alone, few and far between. Finding one at all is difficult, to find two in the same area is extremely rare.

Jungle Dragon
These dragons are considered majestic, but odd. They cover themselves in foliage and branches to blend in with their surroundings, looking like walking forests. However, they will stalk those who enter their territory. They don't harm them, they just follow them until the person leaves or they get bored.
They eat vegetation of all sorts. Mostly. They are the only sub-species of dragon that knows which plants are good and not good for them to eat.
Normally they live alone, but if they mate, they'll share their territories as one. When Jungle Dragons mate, it's said a cherry-blossom tree will suddenly grow.
