Only two people in the world can make Shikamaru laugh; Naruto and George Carlin.

No, but for serious. I seriously owed Naruto a place in my gallery. But of course as usual I had to throw Shikamaru in there. Now, I'm certain that Naruto will get his ultimate stardom on a hits page. But as of now, I really didn't want do draw just one person. In fact; that's all I used to draw. Now I can't seem to draw people alone as much. Well, that's not true. I have quite a few loners on my DA. But as a ratio of ALL of my drawings, most of them have multiple people in them.

This was done with a pencil drawing, scanned, then colored on Photoshop. It took a hell of a long time to draw and longer to color. I intended Naruto to have his arm over Shikamaru's shoulder, but no matter how many times I drew it, I couldn't get Shikamaru level with him (he was either behind him or in front of him.. kyah that sounds wrong. >////<.

So yeah. There that is. People always draw Naruto on here pretty well. So I feel like a loser. But people always draw Shikamaru pissed off or perverted. I think I'm one of the VERY few to make him smile (not provocatively, I mean).

Errors that I'd like to address :
- Naruto; has no ass. OMG. Naruto has a huge, awesome ass, and we all know it. I can't believe I messed that up.
- Kunai on Shikamaru's belt: Serves no practical purpose and is a hazard. But it sure looks cool.
- Naruto's Headband: Totally crooked. Let's just say he was previously slapped across the face by uh... Tsunade's... stares. Of anger...
