Yes, this WAS actually meant to be my picture for Megaman Day (aka the twins' birthday ) but thanks to freak storms making power outs and my perfectionist nature it only got finished tonight :I also while yes for them (in Japan) their birthday would be summer, it is winter here and I wanted to put them in fluffy coats, so...yeah

YES I KNOW THAT'S A PHOTO IN THE BACK SHUT UP. I tried very hard to draw it all myself but I just can't do it T^T so I was forced to use a photo. It is not taken by me, and I give all due credit to the person who took it, it is a beautiful photo and I am making no money from this. No copyright infringements intended

Everything else I did myself (tediously, I might add), and the design for these two in this particular picture is my own, since neither really wears clothes like these in the games/anime especially Sai he's my pride and joy. He is also fluffy and cute! The twins were originally a pencil sketch that I scanned and went over in digital lines everything else is completely digital.
The lamp post took forever D: but it looks good, so I'm happy with it hope this all looks okay, and hope you forgive me for being so very late T^T Happy belated birthday Hikari twins!

31 layers were used in the making of this picture. 31 LAYERS T^T I'm so proud of you Photoshop! You never complained once! I also did my best to make the watermark noticeable but not so conspicuous that it ruined the work, let me know what you think
